Job summary

AlphaMind Group is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie for Kira, a luxury restaurant in Dubai. The role focuses on leading a section, maintaining high-quality execution, and adhering to HACCP standards.

You will supervise junior staff and contribute to menu development in a fast-paced kitchen. Experience in fine dining or high-volume settings is preferred, with strong English communication and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of kitchen experience across a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to train and lead a small kitchen team.
• Knowledge of food cost, ordering and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Run the assigned section during service, ensuring quality and timing.
• Plan mise en place and prep against bookings and expected covers.
• Cook and plate dishes according to standard recipes and plating guides.
• Supervise and guide junior cooks (Demi Chef de Partie and Commis).
• Check dishes leaving the section and ensure consistency.
• Assist in menu development and recipe documentation.
