AlphaMind Group, a global hospitality entity, is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie for Café KIRA in Dubai. You will lead a kitchen section, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation across menus.

The role emphasizes strong culinary knowledge, leadership of junior chefs, and strict adherence to HACCP and hygiene standards in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned kitchen section
• Maintain high standards of food prep, presentation and consistency
• Supervise and train junior chefs, ensure proper daily task execution
• Ensure mise en place is complete on time for service
• Monitor food quality, stock rotation and minimize waste
• Support Sous Chef with inventory control and ordering
• Assist with menu development and new dish implementation
• Step in for Sous Chef during absence

Role Overview

Café KIRA is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a section while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned kitchen section, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and consistency according to Café KIRA's recipes and guidelines.
• Supervise, train, and support junior chefs, ensuring proper execution of daily tasks.
• Ensure all mise en place is completed accurately and on time for each service.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, stock rotation, and minimize food waste.
• Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Support the Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations, inventory control, and ordering.
• Assist with menu development, recipe testing, and implementation of new dishes when required.
• Take responsibility for the section and ensure smooth operations in the absence of the Sous Chef.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior CDP or strong experience as a CDP in a reputable restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-volume premium dining establishment.
• Strong culinary knowledge, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to independently manage a kitchen section and supervise junior team members.
• Good understanding of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to a dynamic kitchen environment.
