Job summary

AlphaMind is opening Café Kira in Dubai and seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to join the culinary team, independently managing a kitchen section while upholding high standards in a fast-paced, luxury setting. The role demands hands-on leadership, HACCP knowledge, and the ability to train junior staff; pre-opening experience is a plus.

You will work within a dynamic, multicultural team delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is mandatory in premium/high-volume settings.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP, food safety, inventory control and kitchen organization.
• Strong leadership and ability to train junior kitchen staff.
• Ability to manage a kitchen section independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the assigned kitchen section, ensuring efficient preparation and smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control.
• Organize and supervise daily mise en place, ensuring readiness for service.
• Train and guide junior chefs, maintaining discipline, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
• Follow standardized recipes, SOPs, and HACCP regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize food waste, and maintain proper inventory rotation.
• Support the senior culinary team during the pre-opening phase, including kitchen setup, recipe implementation, and team training.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and effective communication across kitchen sections.
