Job summary

AlphaMind Group’s Café Kira is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join the culinary team for the opening of a new concept in a premium Dubai setting. You will work under the Chef de Partie, delivering high-quality prep, consistent cooking, and precise mise en place for a fast-paced operation.

Ideal candidates have prior Demi Chef de Partie experience in luxury hospitality, strong fundamentals, and a proactive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated solid culinary fundamentals and high-volume kitchen experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and HACCP.
• Excellent teamwork and clear communication in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Support Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure consistent prep, portion control, and presentation.
• Organize mise en place for service readiness.
• Follow recipes, SOPs, and HACCP regulations.
• Assist in training Commis Chefs and maintain teamwork.
• Monitor stock, minimize waste, and keep kitchen organized.
• Support pre-opening activities and kitchen setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across sections.
