Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a Chef de Partie with Arabic culinary expertise to contribute to our gastronomy program and guest satisfaction.

You will assist in running multiple kitchen stations, ensure brand standards, and respond courteously to guest inquiries while reporting issues to supervisors for timely follow-up.

The role requires 2 years’ experience, a culinary degree preferred, and the ability to work with moderate supervision in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
• Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
• Requires moderate supervision and training.
