The successful candidate should have an eye for detail and passion for creating high-quality dishes. They must work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, while ensuring fresh ingredients and high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional kitchen environments preferred but not required.
• Ability to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
• Strong eye for detail and passion for high-quality dishes.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with menu suggestions and seasonal dish ideas.
• Monitor food costs and assist with inventory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to recipes provided by head chef or owner.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen space.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor food costs and assist with inventory management.
