India Abroad in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare meals according to menus, manage inventory and ensure top-quality dishes with strict hygiene.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of local cuisine and culture
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to the menu and recipes, ensuring that all dishes prepared are of the highest quality.
• Manage food inventory, order supplies and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor kitchen staff performance and provide guidance on proper techniques when needed.
• Supervise all cooking staff to ensure that they adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Develop new recipes and menus that are tailored to customer demands and preferences.
