Job summary

The role requires maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle, performing daily inspections, and ensuring all documents, registration, and insurance are valid. You will follow UAE traffic laws and company policies while planning efficient routes and keeping accurate trip records.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company staff, management, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of the company vehicle.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Ensure fuel is sufficient and documents, registration, and insurance are valid.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, road safety rules, and company driving policies.
• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic to avoid delays.
• Handle collection and delivery of documents, parcels, materials, and items.
• Maintain records of trips, mileage, fuel use, and vehicle expenses.
• Coordinate with administration on servicing, repairs, and renewals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with management, employees, and clients.
• Assist with other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
