• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of documents and goods

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report issues
• Monitor fuel, registration, insurance and service schedules
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and schedules
• Maintain trip and fuel/maintenance records
• Assist with loading/unloading documents or materials

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly in compliance with UAE traffic laws.

• Transport company staff, management, documents, and materials to designated locations.

• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of documents, goods, and other company items.

• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.

• Monitor fuel levels, vehicle registration, insurance, and service schedules.

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and assigned schedules.

• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel expenses, and vehicle maintenance.

• Assist with loading and unloading documents or materials when required.

• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct while performing duties.
