Job summary

Uae Job Alert in Dubai is seeking an experienced Aftersales Automotive Engineer to join the Chassis Department. You will serve as the technical authority for chassis systems—suspension, steering, brakes, and wheel components—support service operations, drive issue resolution, and contribute to vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.

You will diagnose customer concerns, guide dealership technicians, collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, and develop TSBs and maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 3+ years of chassis system engineering experience.
• Proficiency with suspension geometry, braking systems, steering dynamics, and NVH behaviour.
• Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools, CAN communication, and service information systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis methods (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA).

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for chassis systems in the Aftersales function.
• Diagnose and resolve customer-reported concerns involving suspension, braking, steering, and wheel systems.
• Guide dealership and service centres with diagnostics, repair procedures, and field fixes.
• Collaborate with Design & Development, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to address recurring issues.
• Analyse field performance data to identify root causes and systemic issues.
• Develop and publish Technical Service Bulletins, service manuals, and maintenance instructions.
• Participate in recalls, campaigns, and product improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers to investigate failures and validate solutions.
• Perform benchmarking and evaluate serviceability of components.
• Prepare training content and deliver technical workshops.
