Job summary

NAFFCO is seeking a Research & Development Engineer – Chassis Development to advance design, testing, and validation of chassis systems and components in our context. You will collaborate with design engineers to improve manufacturability, safety, and performance while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

With 3–7 years in R&D or chassis development, you will lead testing campaigns, analyze results, and drive improvements through engineering changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
Master’s Degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Technical Evaluation & Supplier Coordination: review supplier specifications for compliance.
Design Development & Engineering Collaboration: refine chassis components with design engineers for manufacturability and performance.
Testing & Validation: conduct fitment trials and validation testing; analyze results for improvements.
Materials & Component Engineering: evaluate materials for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Documentation & Compliance: maintain development documentation and ensure quality standards.
Project Execution & Continuous Improvement: deliver R&D activities on schedule and identify process improvements.
