Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
• At least five years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Hands-on experience in chassis manufacturing or body-in-white processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all in-process chassis manufacturing operations.
• Drive production planning and execution to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Implement and monitor lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for product design improvements.
• Oversee quality control processes to minimize defects.
• Manage and develop production teams.
• Optimize resource utilization of manpower and equipment.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure effective maintenance of production equipment.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams for timely material availability.
