Job summary

Naffco in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Manager – Chassis Assembly to plan, coordinate, and oversee all chassis assembly operations within the manufacturing facility. You will drive production targets while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency.

You will lead daily operations, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure material availability, while mentoring staff and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Certifications in Lean / Six Sigma (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily chassis assembly operations to meet production schedules and targets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, engineering specifications, and safety regulations.
• Optimize assembly processes using lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, defect rates, and equipment efficiency.
• Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure availability of materials and components.
• Supervise, train, and develop assembly line staff and team leaders.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports on production performance and present to senior management.
