Job summary

Tanqeeb in Al Ain, UAE is hiring a Senior Chassis Fabricator & TIG/MIG Welder to fabricate motorcycle frames, go-kart chassis, vehicle structures and prototype assemblies for our advanced mobility program.

You will work hands-on with engineers and designers, interpret engineering drawings, perform TIG and MIG welding on steel, stainless and aluminum, and help improve manufacturing processes in a safety‑conscious workshop.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of fabrication and welding experience.
Strong expertise in TIG and MIG welding.
Experience working with steel, stainless steel, chrome steel, and aluminum.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
Experience in automotive manufacturing, motorsport fabrication, motorcycle manufacturing, prototype development, or fabrication workshops is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Good English communication skills.
Passion for engineering, innovation, and product development.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble motorcycle frames, go-kart chassis, vehicle structures, and prototype assemblies.
Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, chrome steel, and aluminum components.
Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
Carry out chassis fabrication, structural modifications, and precision fitting work.
Operate fabrication equipment including pipe benders, cutting tools, grinders, and welding equipment.
Support prototype development and R&D projects.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve designs and manufacturing processes.
Ensure weld quality, structural integrity, and dimensional accuracy.
Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot fabrication challenges.
Contribute ideas for process improvements, product enhancements, and innovative manufacturing solutions.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workshop environment.
