• Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The Fabricator will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components to build high-quality structures and parts that meet our product specifications. This role is key in delivering the precision and craftsmanship that our clients expect, supporting production processes across various industries.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to accurately fabricate metal components and assemblies.
• Use cutting, welding, bending, and shaping equipment to form metal parts, adhering to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Assemble components, ensuring precise alignment and fit according to design specifications.
• Inspect finished products to verify conformity to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other fabricators to discuss design modifications and resolve any issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Adhere to production schedules and complete fabrication tasks within designated timeframes.

• Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in fabrication or a related technical field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Fabricator or in a similar metalworking role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled in operating welding, cutting, and shaping tools (e.g., MIG, TIG, plasma cutters, grinders).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements.
• Understanding of safety standards and quality control in a manufacturing environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in steel fabrication for industrial applications.
• Knowledge of ASME, EN, or ISO fabrication standards.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, with strong communication skills.
