Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi invites applications for a Channel Performance & Evaluation Specialist at ADIB HQ. You will deliver insights to boost branch throughput, coordinate with stakeholders, and support governance and reporting processes.

You will automate reports using SQL, Power BI, Python, and Alteryx, develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and contribute to incentive and performance evaluation initiatives across branches.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities essential for gathering evaluating and integrating complex data.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Comprehensive understanding of products policies plans and objectives to adapt to system and procedural changes.
• Proficiency in interpreting ratios in relation to results statements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement actionable insights to enhance branch throughput.
• Prepare regular presentations by compiling organizing and structuring data to reflect performance at various levels (Area Branch or phases).
• Create and update pivot tables and charts for KPIs and fulfill ad hoc requests with reports and visualizations.
• Maintain strict data integrity and automate reporting processes using SQL, Power BI and Python or Alteryx.
• Support incentive and performance evaluation workflows and governance reporting across units.
