ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Channel Performance & Evaluation Specialist to deliver actionable insights, develop analytics, and automate reporting at ADIB HQ in Abu Dhabi. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor, evaluate, and govern data processes, driving branch throughput and performance insights.

The role emphasizes data quality, KPI dashboards, incentive analysis, and centralized data management using Python, SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx.

Qualifications

Strong numerical and analytical abilities for handling complex data.
Understanding of products, policies, plans and objectives to adapt to system changes.
Excellent English communication skills.
Knowledge of financial concepts.
Ability to interpret ratios related to results statements.
Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Office.
Desirable: R, Python and Alteryx.

Responsabilités

Clean and enter data to ensure completeness and high quality.
Monitor data quality and report discrepancies to the team, and suggest solutions to uphold data integrity.
Support the team leader in developing and improving database collection and aggregation tools for efficient management and reporting.
Create and update pivot tables and charts for KPIs and fulfill ad hoc requests with reports and visualizations.
Keep master copies of data collection forms updated and store documentation electronically for team access.
Prepare regular presentations by compiling, organizing, and structuring data to reflect performance at various levels.
