You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, and you will support monitoring, reporting, and evaluation initiatives across the organization.

The role emphasizes data quality, KPI visualization, and automation using SQL, Power BI, and Python-based tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities essential for gathering, preparing, evaluating, and integrating complex information.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Advanced computer skills including SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Clean and enter data to ensure high quality.
• Monitor data for errors and suggest data integrity solutions.
• Develop and improve database collection and aggregation tools.
• Create pivot tables and charts for KPIs and fulfill ad hoc requests.
• Prepare presentations reflecting performance at Area, Branch, or phase levels.
• Handle monthly incentive payouts with accurate calculations and validation.
