Channel Manager (Storage Sales)
As a Channel Sales Manager, you are responsible for selling Vendor's Storage Products through Channel Partners and directly to customers in Enterprise Organizations within an assigned geographic area. Your ability to penetrate new divisions and organizations within your assigned accounts, and develop new accounts, is essential for success in this role. Cross-functional teams from the client’s Marketing, Systems Engineering, and Product Development departments provide support and tools to help you achieve and exceed sales performance goals.
The primary responsibilities of the Channel Sales Manager include working directly with channel partners or customers to identify sales opportunities and collaborating effectively across various functions with other employees. Your focus will be on managing several identified channel partners (50%) and acquiring new Enterprise clients (50%).
Responsibility: This role involves resolving complex issues using professional concepts and aligning with company objectives. The individual manages a specific geographic install base, including large, complex, high-visibility accounts.
Interaction: The individual works effectively with senior internal personnel, supporting functions, and maintains direct contact with customers. Operates with limited supervision and influences sales team decisions, potentially acting as a team leader for projects.
