Job summary

Black Pearl is seeking a highly organized CFO Office Business Partner to support the CFO and drive PMO governance across Corporate Finance, Project Finance, HR, IT and Procurement. You will prepare executive dashboards and management reports, coordinate cross-department activities and ensure timely deliverables while maintaining confidential information.

This senior role requires 5–8 years in PMO, finance operations or corporate finance support, with advanced PowerPoint/Excel skills and fluent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant PMO, business ops, or finance support experience.
• Experience in a large multi-department organization.
• Proven ability to prepare exec presentations, dashboards, and reports.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Fluency in Tagalog is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO and the CFO Office in delivering important business priorities.
• Coordinate activities across Corporate Finance, Project Finance, HR, IT and Procurement.
• Work with other departments, including Business Development, Technical, Legal and the CEO's Office.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, dashboards and management reports for senior executives and committees.
• Gather, check and organize project information, financial data and supporting documents.
• Maintain project databases, trackers and data-room folders.
• Track deadlines, milestones, dependencies, decisions and outstanding actions.
• Follow up with teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain RAID logs covering project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Highlight delays, risks and issues that require management attention.
• Support audit, compliance and legal documentation requirements.
• Help strengthen PMO processes, reporting standards and governance across the CFO's portfolio.
• Provide professional executive support to the CFO when required.
