Job summary

Hyrd Consulting in Abu Dhabi seeks a commercially-minded Chief Financial Officer with a proven track record in technology, AdTech monetisation, and fundraising to lead FP&A, treasury, and investor relations.

You will partner with the CEO to shape financial strategy, manage multi-entity operations across US/UK/MENA, and build a scalable finance function that supports international growth. Strong modelling, governance, and hands-on UK/GCC reporting are preferred.

Qualifications

• CA or ACCA qualification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as CFO/VP Finance in high-growth technology, AdTech, fintech, or SaaS.
• Experience leading fundraising through Series A/B or later.
• Expert-level financial modelling, revenue forecasting, cash flow management.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and performance management.
• Hands-on managing international finance operations (US, UK, MENA) including tax, audit, and FX.

Responsibilities

• Own all financial planning, forecasting, and balance sheet modelling.
• Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and investment scenarios tied to fundraising.
• Lead fundraising initiatives and manage investor relations.
• Structure complex financing arrangements and large debt transactions.
• Oversee finance operations, governance, and compliance across multi-entity setups.
• Build and scale a lean, scalable finance function and team.
