Job summary

NicheHR Global in Dubai seeks an experienced CFO to lead finance for a growing agri-commodities and international trading business. The role combines strategic finance leadership with hands-on treasury, risk management and financial controls, reporting to the Group CEO/Board.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in senior finance roles, CA qualified, and strong Africa exposure, with a track record in cross-border operations and working with banks to secure trade finance.

Qualifications

• CA qualification and 15+ years of finance leadership experience.
• Experience as CFO or Group Finance Head in international trading or agribusiness.
• Strong Africa market exposure and cross-border finance expertise.
• Proven ability to manage multi-country entities and complex treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance strategy and long-term planning for growth.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on strategic investments and expansion.
• Oversee treasury, cash management, and trade finance activities.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, risk management and audits.
• Drive capital efficiency, FX risk management and working capital optimization.
