Job summary

Arvion Services in Dubai seeks a bold Business Development Manager to advance our CFDs sales program. You will identify and onboard introducing brokers, affiliates, and clients, while nurturing existing relationships to drive growth and trading volume.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in CFDs sales or business development, strong English, fluent Arabic, knowledge of MT4/MT5, and hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CFDs sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of MT4/MT5 and core FX/CFD products.
• Proven ability to acquire new IBs/partners and manage client portfolios.
• Familiarity with partner programs, spreads, rebates, and trading promotions.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Client & Partner Acquisition (Hunting): Identify and onboard IBs, affiliates, partners, and retail clients across assigned regions.
• Portfolio Management (Farming): Maintain and grow existing IB and client relationships through regular engagement and loyalty initiatives.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed revenue targets, active client goals, and trading volume KPIs.
• Market Research & Prospecting: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, regions, and verticals for growth.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track pipelines, and report progress to management.
• Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure onboarding of IBs and clients in full regulatory compliance.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and partner meetings.
