myZoi is seeking an Associate Director, CFCC Governance in Dubai, UAE. The role leads the financial crime compliance governance framework with second-line oversight, monitoring, testing, and regulatory engagement, reporting to the MLRO and coordinating with the CFCC Forum and Board.

The candidate will drive policy uplift, risk-based testing, control remediation and governance assurance across FCC Operations, ensuring UAE requirements and SVF standards are reflected in procedures and management

Qualificações

• Six years of hands-on experience in financial crime, compliance or regulatory risk.
• Strong knowledge of UAE AML/CFT/CPF and sanctions requirements.
• Experience drafting and governing policies; reporting to senior committees and boards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance, monitoring and testing of the CFCC framework as the second-line oversight.
• Develop and maintain policy standards aligned with UAE law and SVF regulations.
• Prepare CMAT plans, track remediation and report to MLRO and Board.
• Coordinate regulatory liaison, supervisory examinations and external consultants.
• Promote openness, risk awareness and accountability across the organisation.
