myZoi in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Associate Director, CFCC Governance to lead the financial crime compliance governance framework, providing second-line oversight, monitoring, testing and reporting to the MLRO.

Based in Dubai, you will drive policy uplift, oversee risk controls, manage regulatory engagement and ensure timely remediation across CDD, screening and sanctions processes, enabling safe deployment of new products.

Competenze

• Six years of hands-on experience in financial crime, compliance or regulatory risk.
• Strong knowledge of UAE AML/CFT/CPF and sanctions requirements.
• Experience drafting and governing policies, overseeing procedures and reporting.
• Experience managing regulatory examinations, audits and external assessments.
• Professional certification such as CAMS, ICA or equivalent is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead the CFCC governance framework as second-line oversight, monitoring, testing and reporting.
• Draft, review and maintain policies aligned with UAE law and regulations.
• Oversee monitoring and testing methodologies, CMAT findings, and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations, licensing, reporting and responses.
• Prepare FCC management information for MLRO, ExCo and Board.
• Engage with external authorities (CB UAE, regulators) and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver CFCC training and awareness initiatives.
• Track policy rollout, attestations and training completion.
