Job summary

Alshaya Group is seeking a Coordinator for the Central Production Facility in Dubai to uphold quality and food safety, ensuring products meet approved specs and SOPs. You will monitor CCPs, perform sensory evaluations, and support product release while driving continuous improvement and proper documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Food Science and at least 2 years in the field, with strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in food safety/quality.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day quality and food safety compliance with specs and SOPs.
• Monitor HACCP/CCP controls and GMP adherence.
• Perform product attribute, sensory evaluations, and support release.
• Investigate non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and KPIs in company systems.
• Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
