Job summary

Noon is building a fast, data-driven Central Operations function in Dubai. As Assistant Manager — Central Operations, you will own process, compliance, and inventory mandates across the dark store network, partnering with stores and cross-functional teams to automate routines and improve accuracy.

The role requires hands-on experience in process design and audits across multiple sites, plus SQL/BigQuery, Python, and BI tools to deliver dashboards and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in quick commerce, e-commerce fulfilment or retail supply chain with process ownership.
• Hands-on in process design, audits, or inventory accuracy across multiple sites.
• Multi-market or distributed team exposure is a plus.
• Strong SQL/BigQuery and Python automation skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau; advanced Sheets and Apps Script welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own process control and adherence across receiving, putaway, pendency closure, and task compliance.
• Lead central audits program and drive corrective actions to closure across stores.
• Manage inventory health, layout, and pick path design to cut time and defects.
• Plan store capacity and maintain asset tagging for racking, chillers, and freezers.
• Build dashboards and self-serve tools; apply Lean Six Sigma and AI to standardize workflows.
• Deliver central programs on time with stakeholder alignment and clear data narrative.
