Meccademia Education Institute is seeking a Center Manager/Center Head based in Dubai to oversee daily operations, drive admissions, and coordinate between educators and families. Immediate joining is preferred.

The role requires 2+ years in sales/education, graduate education, and strong English communication. Work hours span Mon-Thu 12:30–21:30 and Sat-Sun 10:30–19:30 with a weekly off on Wed. Salary range AED 5000-6000, visa support provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or education.
• Proficiency in English and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries (phone and walk-ins) and drive sales.
• Conduct tele-calling as part of outreach.
• Counsel parents about training programs.
• Coordinate between teachers and parents.
• Maintain good relationships with students and parents.

Joining: Immediate

General Criteria

Nationality: Indian

Age: 24 to 35 (Preferably with experience in cold calling)

Education: Graduate

Experience: 2 years and above

Salary Range: AED 5000-6000

Job Location: Dubai,Sharjah,Abudhabi

Work timings: Monday to Thursday - 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm; Sat & Sun – 10:30 am to 7:30 pm; Wed: weekly off

Job Description:

• Enquiry Handling (telephonic and walk-in) & Sales

• Tele Calling

• Counselling parents about our training programs

• Co-ordinating between the teachers and parents

• Maintaining good relations with students and parents.

• Handling enrollments Forms

• Sending marks and reports to parents

• Reporting to senior Center managers

• Manage petty cash& recover unpaid fees on time.

• Follow up on bounced cheques.
