Job summary

Sharjah Cement Factory is seeking an experienced CCR Operator to oversee cement plant operation and process control for the crusher, grader, mixer and packer. You will start up and shut down the process safely and set operating points to hit target results.

Reporting to the production supervisor, you will coordinate with quality and production teams, maintain daily production reports, manage raw material stock and requirements, and apply basic PLC knowledge plus strict safety lock-out procedures.

Qualifications

• BSc Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in a cement plant as CCR Operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate cement plant equipment: crusher, grader, mixer and packer.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and maintain steady run of equipment.
• Safely start up and shut down the process; set points and operating parameters.
• Coordinate with production supervisor and quality team for smooth operation.
• Report daily production and raw material stock/requirements to supervisor.
• Maintain basic knowledge of PLC and follow lock-out safety procedures.
