Job summary

Decision Management Consultants is seeking a Data Analyst for a globally recognized e-commerce organization. You will input, maintain, and audit data across systems, build dashboards, and generate reports to support stakeholders.

You will handle enrollments for leadership programs using systems like iCIMS, and develop efficient data workflows. The role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a related field.
• Experience in data entry, data management, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience managing program enrollments, scheduling, or event coordination.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, maintain, and update data across multiple systems and platforms, including Quick Sight dashboards, Share Point, and Excel trackers.
• Own and maintain compliance data reporting, including Page 0 regional data and GOLD Mine dashboard metrics.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies between systems.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations, and define and monitor KPIs aligned with team objectives.
• Support evidence-based decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage end-to-end participant enrollment and tracking for leadership development programs, such as SLII, LEW, AD1, and Accelerate, using systems such as i CIMS.
• Effectively utilize and manage data tools and platforms, including Excel, Share Point, Quick Sight, i CIMS, or equivalent systems.
• Support the development and optimization of data workflows and operational processes.
