Job summary

Daymark Health seeks an experienced data engineer to support scalable analytics infrastructure across healthcare data sources, including claims and EHR data. You will help build real-time analytics capabilities and integrate data products into production systems to empower cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical and product groups, adherence to governance practices, and leveraging modern data tools like Snowflake, AWS, and dbt to enable data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience building scalable data systems in cloud environments.
• Experience implementing modern data stacks including Snowflake, AWS, and dbt.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data including claims, EMR, and patient-generated health data.

Requirements

• Experience working with actuarial teams or value-based care leaders
• Strong communication skills for navigating between technical and clinical teams
• Must be based in the Northeastern US
