Job summary

UASI in Dubai is seeking an experienced CDI leader to manage and grow a team of CDI professionals in a consulting environment. You will coach, mentor, and drive engagement while delivering high-quality CDI outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will oversee staffing, project delivery, scope management, timelines, and financial performance, partnering with Sales and Account teams to identify opportunities for growth and sustainable success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Subject matter expertise with CDI in a consulting environment
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients and staff
• Strong culture building skills to increase employee engagement

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CDI professionals while fostering engagement, accountability, and professional growth
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, quality, and utilization to meet client expectations and business objectives
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring successful project delivery, clear communication, and high client satisfaction
• Lead project implementation by managing scope, timelines, financial performance, and quality deliverables
• Serve as the CDI subject matter expert, evaluating project outcomes and balancing quality, client satisfaction, and profitability
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify client needs and support business growth
• Recruit, interview, onboard, mentor, and retain top CDI talent
• Represent UASI as a CDI expert through professional organizations and speaking engagements
