Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai invites applicants to join its Level Shoes Ecommerce team to ensure accurate assortment, stock and price online.

You will assist in product data entry, review listings, monitor stock with operations, and collaborate with tech and commercial teams. The role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork, with exposure to platforms like Magento and PIM, plus employee discounts and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the accurate entry and updating of product information (for example, preparation of product upload files and uploading them onto our Product Information Management system)
• Review and ensure the accuracy and consistency of product listings, identifying, and correcting errors as necessary
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with our Operations and Stock team to ensure product availability is accurately reflected online
• Work closely with Tech team to ensure smooth uploading and resolve issues when needed
• Work closely with other commercial cross-functional teams including Studio, Digital Merchandising, Trade, Buying, ..

Key Department Objective :

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Level Shoes Ecommerce assortment, stock and price.
