Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking an Ecommerce Data Assistant to ensure accurate product information, stock accuracy, and timely listing updates for Level Shoes online. The role involves uploading files to the Product Information Management system, verifying listings, and coordinating with Operations and Tech teams.

The successful candidate will support cross-functional teams including Studio, Digital Merchandising, and Buying, with strong Excel skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in accurate entry and updating of product information in the Product Information Management system.
• Review and ensure accuracy and consistency of product listings, correcting errors as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Operations and Stock teams to reflect availability online.
• Work with Tech to ensure smooth uploads and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Studio, Digital Merchandising, Trade, Buying and other cross-functional teams.

Key Department Objective :

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Level Shoes Ecommerce assortment, stock and price.

1. Assist in the accurate entry and updating of product information (for example, preparation of product upload files and uploading them onto to our Product Information Management system)
2. Review and ensure the accuracy and consistency of product listings, identifying, and correcting errors as necessary
3. Monitor stock levels and collaborate with our Operations and Stock team to ensure product availability is accurately reflected online
4. Work closely with Tech team to ensure smooth uploading and resolve issues when needed
