Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, and record cash, cheques, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain daily cash balance and prepare cash reports.
• Issue receipts for all payments received.
• Deposit cash and cheques in the bank as per company procedures.
• Verify and reconcile cash transactions at the end of each day.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial reports when required.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team for audits and reconciliations.
• Handle basic bank-related activities and correspondence.
• Support exchange-related transactions as per business needs.
