Qualifications

• Previous cashier experience preferred in automotive, retail, or hospitality.
• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and payment-related documents.
• Verify payment details and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.
• Maintain daily cash and payment records.
• Perform daily cash and payment reconciliation.
• Handle customer inquiries related to payments and invoices.
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounts when required.
• Follow cash handling policies and confidentiality.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all cashiering activities.
• Perform other duties related to the Cashier role.

• Maintain accurate daily cash and payment records.
• Perform daily cash and payment reconciliation.
• Handle customer inquiries related to payments and invoices.
• Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts teams when required.
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and financial transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all cashiering activities.
• Perform other duties related to the Cashier position as required.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Education: High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Arabic is an advantage.
• Skills: Strong numerical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Software Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and general computer literacy.
