Job summary

VirtualWorks Hub in Dubai seeks an experienced Carpenter to construct, install and repair wooden structures and fixtures. You will read blueprints, measure materials and assemble projects to specification.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Strong English communication is essential for teamwork on site.

Salary is 1100 USD per month with visa sponsorship and a complimentary airfare ticket after joining.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Carpenter.
• Experience with saws, drills and sanders.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements.
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Proficient in English communication on site.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints to determine materials needed for projects.
• Measure and cut materials according to specifications.
• Install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets and furniture.
• Repair or replace damaged structures or fixtures.
• Sand surfaces and apply finishing products such as varnish or paint.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Carpenter
• Experience working with various tools and equipment such as saws drills and sanders
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills in English
