Job summary

Accor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a skilled carpenter to join our facilities management team. You will construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures across the property, interpreting blueprints and specifications to meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of carpentry experience, strong safety awareness, and excellent communication to coordinate with colleagues. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid carpenter certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of carpentry experience with knowledge of construction techniques and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using carpentry tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Additional language is an added advantage.
