Almarai is seeking a Senior Stock Controller in Abu Dhabi to oversee inventory systems, ensure accurate stock levels, and drive operational excellence across depots. The role requires autonomy, leadership, and a proactive approach to align with company standards and business goals.

You will manage stock controllers, develop training programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehousing workflows. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate.
• 5 years in store keeping or as store in charge.
• Spoken English & Arabic.
• Competencies such as; Team leader; Patient; Cooperative; Decision maker; Loyal and dedicated.

The Role:

To manage inventory system within the specified location / Locations and managing of stock controllers and training and developing staff to perform duties and responsibilities correctly to Company standard. This is a key role in outer depots which require a high degree of autonomy.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• High School Certificate.
• 5 years in store keeping or as store in charge.
• Spoken English & Arabic.
• Competencies such as; Team leader; Patient; Cooperative; Decision maker; Loyal and dedicated.
