Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and group career counselling sessions for students across different academic levels.
• Help students identify educational requirements and create suitable academic and career development plans.
• Conduct workshops on career management, university planning, and decision‑making strategies.
• Use assessment tools to evaluate student interests, values, aptitudes, and lifestyle preferences.
• Support students with CV writing, career portfolios, interview preparation, and employment search strategies.
• Build strong relationships with local and international universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Coordinate student access to university support programmes, scholarships, and admissions opportunities.
• Provide current labour‑market insights and employment trends to support realistic career decisions.
• Assist students with internships, work‑experience placements, and employer engagement opportunities.
• Support students with disabilities, language barriers, or other special educational needs affecting career progression.
• Maintain student records, reports, and administrative documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student success.
