Job summary

NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a Care Centre - Advisor to handle inbound calls and guide customers with accurate information, following approved scripts and service standards. You will document interactions, update records, and collaborate with the Care Centre team to ensure timely, high-quality support.

You should have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in a call centre or customer service environment (healthcare exposure a plus), and solid MS Office skills. This on-site role is based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; medical background preferred.
• 2+ years in Call Centre/Customer Service; healthcare exposure a plus.
• Legally permitted to work in UAE.
• Fluency with MS Office and internet navigation/research.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound calls and provides information on company products/services using standard scripts.
• Documents telephone conversations and actions taken for follow-up and corrective action.
• Updates customer/member databases with changes and status of each contact.
• Coordinates with CareCentre - Supervisor and CareCentre - Manager; maintains open communication channels.
• Maintains records and completes clerical duties including faxing, filing, and checks on credit references.
