Citi UAE is seeking a Product Management professional to drive growth and profitability of the UAE Cards Portfolio. The role involves collaborating with data, technology, sales, and service teams to optimize programs, implement initiatives, and enhance customer experience.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and strong data/Excel skills, plus problem-solving, communication, and commercial acumen to deliver profitable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in executing portfolio actions (e.g., Citi PayAll, cross-sell, etc.).
• Support spend programs and actions like credit limit increases and retention.
• Contribute to digital capability development and adoption.
• Coordinate with front-line teams on training, controls, and performance.
• Collaborate with data and technology teams on dashboards and UAT.

The Citi UAE cards business is profitable and growing. The business requires strong talent to drive Cards portfolio growth and the candidate is expected to:

Responsibilities

• Support in growing and optimizing performance of the UAE Cards Portfolio
• Manage and optimize various portfolio programs / initiatives
• Support in identifying areas of growth & efficiency
• Support to execute ongoing portfolio programs / initiatives like Citi PayAll, Insurance cross-sell, etc.
• Support to execute ongoing portfolio spend programs and other initiatives like credit limit increase, retention, activation, etc.
• Support in implementation of new actions to enhance profitability of the above-mentioned programs
• Support development of digital capability and adoption for various portfolio programs
• Work with portfolio sales & service teams to optimize front-line performance which will include tasks like training, design and implementation of controls
• Support enhancements to improve customer experience
• Work with the data team to define key metrics / dashboards to support business management
• Work with Technology on all required technology aspects of portfolio campaigns / programs, including UAT, test preparation and execution
• Support planning and execution of adhoc projects / initiatives as required
• Manage / support new products or other existing portfolio programs as required
• Ensure compliance with Legal and Regulatory requirements, procedures and controls
