Job summary

Medtronic in the UAE is seeking a Sales Supervisor for Cardiovascular Therapies to drive growth across Interventional Cardiology, RDN and Structural Heart. You will supervise sales and clinical support teams, execute commercial plans, and ensure strong customer service and therapy adoption across government and private hospitals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least six years of medical devices sales or clinical experience, and deep UAE market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum six years of relevant sales, commercial or clinical experience in medical devices, medtech or healthcare.
• Strong UAE cardiovascular market knowledge and established relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab teams and hospital stakeholders.
• Experience supervising, coaching or coordinating sales or clinical support professionals.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account sales plans for Interventional Cardiology, RDN & Structural Heart in UAE.
• Achieve revenue, market-share, product-adoption and account-growth objectives.
• Promote cardiovascular products and therapies to new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand product utilization, establish new programs and penetrate underdeveloped accounts.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts, opportunity updates and performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer needs and pricing developments.
• Support tenders, contracting, pricing discussions and tender submissions.
• Drive adoption and penetration of cardiovascular technologies, including TAVI.
• Coordinate physician training, clinical workshops, proctorships and therapy-development activities.
