Job summary

MSD in Dubai invites a senior Brand and Customer Manager to lead the cardiometabolic portfolio in the GULF Libya & Egypt region, with responsibility for a major lipid-lowering launch and the management of an established diabetes portfolio.

You will drive market understanding, define brand strategy, and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Market Access, and Medical to maximize patient impact and commercial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharma or Business is required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing/brand management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Based in Dubai with strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of brand strategies for the Cardiometabolic portfolio in GLE.
• Oversee the established diabetes portfolio to maximize opportunities and profitability.
• Drive end-to-end launch leadership for the cardiovascular lipid-lowering brand including cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, and external partners to ensure compliant, impactful campaigns.
