Job summary

Arabian Ethicals in the UAE is seeking a Senior Commercial Brand Manager to lead end-to-end launches across oncology and specialty portfolios. You will develop launch plans, assess market opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional readiness with Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, and Finance.

You will map patient journeys, build stakeholder engagement with clinicians and institutions, monitor KPIs, and translate global strategies into UAE plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• MBA, Master’s degree or relevant commercial qualification

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch preparation and execution across oncology, immunology, rare diseases, and specialty portfolios.
• Develop pre-launch and launch plans, including positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation.
• Conduct market assessments: size, patient population, treatment pathways, competitors, pricing, access.
• Develop launch timelines, KPIs, budgets, forecasts and business cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance.
• Track launch performance and implement corrective actions.
