Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Telesales Agent in Dubai to drive revenue through outbound calls. You will meet targets, convert leads, and build strong customer relationships, while maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years in telesales or related fields, excellent English communication, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals in high-pressure environments. A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of telesales, call center, or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Able to follow up and maintain CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Manage outbound calls and inquiries, turning them into sales opportunities.
• Build a pipeline by following up on leads and nurturing relationships.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with the purchase team on lead conversion strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding needs and offering solutions.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching to improve performance.
