Job summary

ALBA CORP, operating Alba Cars in Dubai, seeks a confident Purchase Coordinator to assist vehicle owners selling their cars. You will guide them through the admin process, verify documents, and coordinate with banks and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

You will handle documentation, CRM entry, and follow-up to secure timely completion. The role demands strong organisation, professionalism, and excellent English communication in a busy showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident, professional, and able to communicate with customers.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers visiting the showroom to sell their vehicles.
• Guide customers through documentation and next steps to complete the sale.
• Coordinate with banks and internal teams to progress each transaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and handle multiple active cases.
