Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle in Dubai is hiring a Purchaser to price vehicles for representation on the dubizzle platform, generate new listings, and help meet monthly sales targets. A UAE driving license and 2+ years automotive experience are required, along with CRM familiarity.

You will negotiate pricing, manage stock with a 30-day average, and use Salesforce to maintain data while delivering strong margins and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive experience
• Valid UAE driver's license
• Proven track record in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of the used car market
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to price a multitude of vehicles within the dubizzle Cars boundaries
• Negotiate with customers to price cars effectively ensuring an efficient sale with maximum margin
• Purchasing cars within the given criteria
• Pricing cars for managed service and ensuring cars are priced competitively
• Achieve a healthy profit margin (10%)
• Maintain healthy stock with average days in stock of 30 days
• Achieve monthly targets and margins (Managed, Auction)
• Outbound on-call consultations to generate new branch sign ups
• Adjust vehicle prices for mileage, colour, warranty, engines, specs and condition
• Efficient data entry using Salesforce CRM to maintain current and future databases
• Build and maintain customer relationships for future business
• Oversee representation process from meet-and-greet to handover to enhance customer experience
