Job summary

Jobs2Web seeks an experienced pilot to operate assigned flights in the UAE. You will ensure safety, efficiency and passenger comfort while coordinating with crew, dispatch and maintenance teams.

The role requires 4000 flight hours (Airbus 320 preferred), and adherence to the Airline Operations Manual and civil aviation authority standards. Expect rigorous safety and emergency response training, plus strong English communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• ATPL license holder with valid medical fitness.
• Pass technical/psychometric assessment per standards.
• Medical fitness check-up required per standards.
• Safety and emergency response training required.
• Basic airport security procedures training advantageous.
• CRM training advantageous.
• IATA security standards advantageous.
• Proficient in aircraft systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Fly the assigned aircraft per schedules and flight plans with aircraft during flights.
• Lead and coordinate flight crew ensuring safety and efficiency, handling emergencies.
• Coordinate with co-pilots and dispatch before each flight with required information.
• Monitor fuel efficiency and ensure safe operation in line with manuals.
• Ensure compliance with Airline Operations Manual and civil aviation regulations.
• Maintain required documents and technical logs per regulations.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and airline policies.
• Take on additional duties such as Safety/Security Officer when directed.
