Job summary

Air Arabia in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Captain for the Airbus A320 to lead the flight crew, ensure safe operation per the Operations Manual, and deliver on-time, customer-focused performance.

You will stay current with regulatory requirements, conduct thorough briefings, and apply SOPs and CRM in a low-cost carrier environment, while fostering professionalism and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Valid ATPL (ICAO) suitable for A320 operations.
• Minimum 4,000 total flight hours; A320 experience preferred.
• Successful completion of technical and psychometric assessments per Air Arabia and relevant civil aviation authority standards.
• Previous experience with a low-cost airline is highly desirable.
• Eligibility restricted to UAE Nationals under the nationalization programme.
